Kevin  Fellingham is the Principal of the practice. He is an architect and urban designer with a broad range of international experience. Before establishing his own practice in 2005, he worked for a number of prestigious firms in a senior design role. He has a particular interest the relationship between the architecture and landscape , and has led multidisciplinary  design teams projects ranging from single houses in ecologically sensitive locations in South Africa, through to the formation from the bedrock up of new landscapes to repair the damage done by large scale mining in England

Kevin has worked on a number of academic projects, notably for Cornell and Oxford Universities. He remains actively involved in teaching on a part time basis. He holds a Bachelor or Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a masters of Science in Architecture and Urbanism from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US.

Winnie Sze is the partner in charge of the financial direction of the practice. She is the director of August Art , a contemporary art space with which the practice shares facilities. She qualified in fine art and finance at the University of British Columbia in Canada
